I'm glad you asked me that cos having tried so many different adjustments I couldn't remember which one this was

So I tried it again :Dm

A bit of a cheat really I used virtual photographer and applied a 'Dramatic' filter which basically gave me the 2nd pic. Then I faded that effect in ps to bring back a little colour.

I just replicated it using ps only by applying a Red Filter, flattening the image, converting to b&w using channel mixer and fading the channel mixer.

That one was also using VP and applying the Rosy Outlook filter.

In ps I can get the colour simply by applying a rosy pink filter but I haven't managed to replicate the brightness & softness yet.

Hey Stu, in ps to get that brightness & softness try using the diffuse filter..

Tim, George, :thanks:
I used diffuse glow filter and got a similar effect as VP gave me. I'm still quite new to ps so I'm using VP to help me understand what effects I can get from the ps filters.
