Now the big question if it can be answered. What made his the winner over say BiNg? I saw some good photos but they were not street candids like the title suggest. Some looked busy some looked like they needed more but I thought one was more candid than the other but that's my opinion. Can I ask how the judging took place and how the final decision came about?

The competition was set up as the Moderators competition. We stated in the rules that the moderators would choose the winner. The reason we did this is because we totally appreciate everybody has differing tastes and views on images.

We decided that we as moderators would judge the images.

That image won because it got the most votes from all those who were eligible to vote.
