As someone who does a fair bit of street candids for pleasure the bit on harresment was interesting.
This document must have been written before the recent anti-terrorism powers were given to the police and if or when the new act is passed life on the streets will become even more difficult. I was stopped the other day by a cop and asked what I was photographing and why, he quoted some spurious Human rights about invading people privacy. When I said anyone in a public place was not covered by this he checked with the station, guess who was right! This did not stop him from watching me for some time. The attached shot was taken just before he accosted me, maybe it was his mom.
