Whether or not it's a good'un remains to be seen.

How about holding a forum charity auction? Say for something like "Children in Need". Wherein our members can donate one or two prints (which we can get printed by Dave A), and set up an ebay or similar to punt them on.

Since the nation goes crazy for Pudsey Bear, we could probably get it advertised for free in our local rags, photography magazines...or local radio. The ebay account could maybe be under the name photography-forum.org and the description could have the photographers name (link to website) and printed by Ashton blah blah blah...That way everyone gets some exposure from the whole thing too. And hopefully we manage to give a worthy cause a nice fat cheque at the end of it!!

Well anyways as I said it's just an idea, so tell me to get back to my corner and I'll obey!! :grin:

And its a great idea Ross... but I am not sure if prints actually sell in ebay do they?.. I mean I have seen prints for sale on there but does anyone actually buy them..?... it might be worth checking it out maybe.. :)

not so much ebay, but im a member of a site called deviant art where alot of people do sell prints, im pretty sure they sell well on there (never done it myself)
