s9600 problem

It won't turn on, basically, unless it is plugged into the wall socket. I suspect it ma be the batteries, but I'm sure it is something far more simple.

Well, quite. I've had this problem before, however, and somebody fixed it very easily. I don't know how and I can't find out.

Try another set of batteries.

Why not take it back to where you bought it from and ask them to explain this or solve this for you?
