Hi there,

Firstly, let me say hi! (first post and all that)

Secondly, I have a questino which I feel a bit of a numpty asking. I've just got a manfrotto tripos with pan and tilt mount. Now, the plate that fixes to the camera body has a vhs pin which *looks* like you can unscrew it. I've tried, you can't. I can't fit the plate falt onto the camera with the pin still on and I can't find a way to push the pin out. Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Chris

Does the VHS location pin not slide along the plate.

Can you post a pic of the mount, I'm not sure what you mean from words alone?

I believe it is a the second peg on the mount plate used to prevent video cameras coming loose when panning I have a second peg on my table top tripod and that is spring loaded it just pushes down out of the way.
