Help !!!! Copyright Action Photoshp

Hello out there

I have been stuck for toooooooooooo long on trying to create an action for the Copyright symbol, I can and have managed to create this action using text with no problems but when it comes to just using custom tool with C symbol it is doing my head in!!!!! I am obviously missing something here. Can anyone help me please, I don't want to go to bed and have to start it again next morning. (This is for using on photos for customer viewing - i think that the big C looks better than text, especially when using on landscape and portrait formats)

my way is just open a new transparent document create your copyright symbol then select edit-Define Brush preset and just use the brush everytime,i also use this for my signature on my work.hope this helps

The custom shape tool add a path, if you open the paths palette you can convert the path to a selection.
Its worth mentioning that you can add a path to an action (from the action palette drop down menu) Wayne
