What type of PC cable?

Here is a picture of my flash. Is the silver hole a connection for a PC cable and if so what type(male/female)? I am looking for one and they are even hard to find on ebay.

thats a socket for an external sync lead so you can have the flash off camera

Some makes of flash have their own fitting, some use a "standard" cable, I have a bag of different ones for my collection of old flashes (built up over the years) i'd advise you check with the maker of your flash and see wether it's a special fitting or not, plug in the wrong lead and you might short something out.
