Please Help Me Decide

I am a newbie to taken photos but want a good camera to start off with I've done all my research and narrowed them down to my fav's.

I know all about aperture, ISO, the works but, I still can't decided if the olympus is the one for me or should I just go for the fuji since I am a beginner but i wanna take some great pictures and not have to worry about having to buy another camera in another year. And i wanna amke a few $$ off of taking photos

I don't really mind the price tag on the Olympus and the fuji doesn't take RAW :black_eye

Out of the two ide take the Olympus, if you understand ISO & DOF i think you will be limited with the Fuji and out grow it to soon.... esp if you want to interchange lenses and try event shooting.
A couple of other down side ....

1.5 fps
AA batteries (it will eat them)
fixed lense

have you looked at a canon 400D?
