Count me in Mark, I'm only a few miles down the A5 from you.
An open invite,
Every, well nearly every Wednesday a group of snappers get together in the Manor Arms near the Park lime Pits at Rushall nr Walsall. If weather fine some get there about 7.00pm and have a walk around the pits and it's even been known for a photo or two to be taken. 8.00 it's into the pub without a bar for a jar or two and a natter. :gossip::drinks: Foods good too and reasonably priced.

Shame it's a wednesday - that's my band rehearsal night (and do we NEED rehearsal!). If I am free I'll definitely try and make it along. "Good food" always swings it for me :)

How about the Cosford Aerospace museum? Photography is allowed for personal use and if there are enough interested we could have a guided tour for £20 total group cost.
Details here
http://www.rafmuseum.org.uk/cosford/planavisit/index.cfm
Obviously friends and family would be welcomed, the kids, both big and small, would find a dayout here fantastic.
Anyone interested e-mail me using the site link and I'll see to the details.
How about Sunday 17 June?
Should be reasonably quite as the weekend before is the Airshow, a great day out but horrendous traffic problems before and after the show.

It's a "Classic" Rock band - Led Zep, Free, AC/DC, Sabbath etc.
When I was in Norfolk (oooo ahhhhh booor) I was in an eleven piece soul/blues band. Less damage to the hearing. www.oceanselevenband.co.uk if it's still running has some photos of me (dodgy wig and orange sunnies!)
What do you play instrument/music wise?
Cheers

Judging by the deafening non=response no takers.
Invite for Wednesdays still stands.
