Sony W110 or W120? Is there any real difference?

I am going to buy simple but good quality compact digital camera for everyday use and I am wondering if there is any real difference between these two models. Is W120's image stabilisation feature really worth paying for? Thank you for any advice.

I had a Sony W30 about 21/2 yrs ago which served me well. There are things I liked and things I regretted not paying extra for.I dont know the 110 or 120 but if you'd like to add what type of photography the Sony is for I'll add some comments.

My Sony was used for club competitions and the results as a beginner were sometimes very favouable.
