Some help here would be most welcome.
Shooting in two different environments produces different results; eg: taking in-house shots as compared to taking shots in a large hall with some sodium lights switched on.

At home, I set my Oly E330 to Manual, 1/160, F8, ISO100, a lightsphere is attached to the FL50 flash and always get very good results.
However, in a large hall, I have to allow more light to enter the lens and usually set it to F2.8, ISO800 or even 1600 and cannot use the lightsphere otherwise I will get a dark picture. Besides I have to aim the flash direct to the subject and control the light intensity adjustment value.

I am using the 14-54mm lens and shoot in RAW.

Appreciate help in this area.
