I have a waterfall near me, and I am planning a photoshoot there, I like the effect of the moving water over the still rocks, thinking back years to when I was into photography in a big way it was a slow shutter speed to get the movement but I can't think of anything else relevant
I have a Fuji Finepix S5700 and you can alter the shutter speed and the iso
looking forward to the ( any ) answers

yep slow shutter speed and low iso i always found works best. Use a tripod and i always find late afternoon works best as then you dont need to drag your filters out!
