Hey there :)
I've just started working in the local tattooist and somehow, the boss found out i used to do photography!
Anyway, im really struggling to get a good photo of a tattoo. Either the colors look undersaturated and bland or skin tones etc look unrealistic.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Rig:
Nikon D50 with 18-55 mm Nikon DX Lens
Speed light SB-600
Adobe Photoshop elements 4.0
iPhoto (Not really an editing suite)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
What would you all recommend? id prefer to use my rig and not have to add to it however, if its essential, i will look into it :)
Any/all advice is welcomed, I really want to show these tattoos off, he is an amazing artist (multiple award winning) and my photography just doesn't do them justice.
