Droplet help

Ok I have no hair left now, because I have pulled it all out....here is my problem!

I am using actions to make a frame around a set of images, because I have nearly 300 even with an action its slow going...so I created a droplet...and does it work well no it doesn't. can some one put up some screen shots of droplet creation as every time i do it, it creates fine but if I drop an image on to it photoshop opens and say it can't be done....please help me before me or the computer dies !!!!!!!!

have u added the appropriate save as functions to your action before you converted it to a droplet.

I have been creating droplets for lightroom to run on my exported final jpeg and the save as commands caused me major greif
