I'd just like to say:
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
I've combined it with a 28-300IS to make it the most versatile kit i've ever used. (my wife says she has handled far more versatile things)
Unless I need a wide angle, i don't use any other lens because I'd forgotten when i trialed one recently that ITS FULL FRAME (all bow down and worship the great god canon).
I bought a 100-400 at the same time, used that on my 20D for a bit of golf and thats it.

You may have gathered I think its a load of crap

Do you use it as a driver, putter or sand wedge?

but I do own a one iron for use in thunder storms.
during a thunder storm i take out the one iron and hold it high in air....because not even God can hit a one iron.

to be honest the only time I ever hit two balls straight, I stood on a garden rake.:dizzy:
