I prefer the first one Barry! The colours are gorgeous and it's a shame to lose them with the B&W IMHO! :)

Thanks Tibet, the mono was only grabbing my attention due to the clouds standing out in the image. I do like the colour one better too.

I've been working around Spalding this week. Wednesday, I drive off to find a building - took loads os pictures, drove about 80 miles in all, but nothing grabbed me.
On Thursday I walked into town to buy a new card reader, blow me down I can't choose between 2 of the shots I took on that walk! I also got some nice shots of a swan on the river, but I reckon I can get better, so more of that another time...

So, Church Roof in Spalding.

That's lovely, really captures the lightness in the arcade.
There's one in Manchester, Barton Arcade, but I think this is much nicer.

Well not a Bungee as such but a superman swing. They winch you 50m into the air and them you pull the ripcord.

Weeeeeeeee! (no Superman icon)

I think i should move that one to the cool stuff page though.

The apostle window over the south door of Lichfield Cathedral. Conservation work is continually being done, the rh side has been refaced, the left still shows what our modern air can do to a building. Costs over £1k an hour to run this place.

Thought I'd have a go this month, this is the old Hospital Chapel at the Royal Victoria country Park, Netley. Shot with a Minolta Dimage 7i, which I acquired on eBay recently.

Then I went across town to Arlington Cemetery to the tomb of the unknown soldiers. The arena area was breath-taking.
