Hello Girls and Guys-
I am looking for a few tips on what equipment might be best to buy for taking shots indoors in a crowd situation. There is a very famous clubnight photography website based in London called dirtydirtydancing.com and I'd love to know how he the photographer gets the rich, diffused & supersat lighting for his shots. Have a look! They are kinda cool!
This i'm sure is not a very tricky question, but I want to know what flash gun or diffuser he might be using- it's a large attachment on the flashgun like a little version of a softbox diffuser used for a bigger lamp. He obviously uses a filter in photoshop based on the look of the photos, but can anyone identify it? He takes hundreds and they are up so quickly, he can't be photoshopping everyones faces individual... I dont want to clone his shots, but i'm in admiration as to how he achieves it and would like to have a go! Thanks!
