I use Colorworld to make the prints - they supply their own software with templates for Spicer Hallfield, GF Smith and Mario A. album overlays. They also give a decent range of 'Creative Design' templates for various sizes that can be used for slip-in/sticky albums off the shelf.
Once registered, you can download the software. Click & drag the images onto the templates and 'add to order'. Orders are t hen sent over the internet and your credit card is charged. Pritns arrived within two-three working days in the UK.
The software alllows you to switch off the prices display too, so you can sit down with the client and design their album with them, page by page.

I looked at getting Montage but am now on an even tighter budget, thanks to a Xmas pressie (USB hub with integrated heated coaster for my coffee cup) fried two of my three USB ports!
The pooter was on it's last legs anyway so I bit the bullet and got a new laptop.
Will come back to looking at Montage once the new machine has paid for itself.
