Hello all..
I'll just go straight to the point...I recently bought a Canon Pixma MP560 but I can't get my head around profiles!!! First of all, could anyone with a similar printer teach me how can I turn off colour management in the printer software so that I can manage it in photoshop? I seriously cant find it, I did however found something that says "Disable the color profile setting of the application software" which I'm assuming will do the opposite of what I want?
I've been trying to print some bw shots but it isnt just right, my monitor was off so everything was a mess , got around that but now my bw prints have a red cast on them its very subtle but its there, I've checked the colours in PS and they really are black and white so it can't be anything with the shot...I've printed the same shot a couple of times now changing settings here and there but its still not right....Could it be anything other than a conflict between the printer's driver and PS? I've done a nozzle check and it seems ok
:thanks:
