I am 47 years old and have been taking pictures since I was knee high to a grasshopper - well 14 anyway! I am currently well and truly sidelined due to illness (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or M.E as it is more often referred), Consequently I have had to take ill heath retirement but am looking at possible ways of earning an income.

I have always loved photography and hope that I might be lucky enough to move to a professional status shortly working on the basis that I find photography therapeutic and equally because I have limited energy, I can take pictures when I have sufficient capacity to do so ? that?s the theory anyway.

I love all aspects of photography ? I do not want to specialize for that reason. I started originally just using photography as a means to record my trips to airshows and Manchester Airport ? I moved to Scotland with my job fourteen years ago.

The future would I hope see me doing more portrait and weddings to pay the bills and I hope to upgrade to more professional equipment shortly.

Regards

George

Enjoyed your websites George. Well done. I loved the squirrel picture.
One of the few websites where I have looked at almost every image in detail, so that says something. I say almost every image, since some thumbnails lead to a blank page, while others don't lead to the image expected. I am sure you will get all this sorted out as you get right into things.
I really do envy your skills at people photography, but I thought some of the wedding pictures were a cropped a little tight. Perhaps this is just how they have been arranged for the website.
As others have said, I am sure you will do well and I wish you fame and fortune in your project :)

another one of these `spash huge text across the image to stop people stealing them`

practically, the images couldn't be used for anything worthwhile as they're too small anyway. otherwise, looking good.

I love the photos of the tigers- they look tired but cutely fed up! They are simply stunning creatures.

Lovely serene eagle shot aswell.

You saw a white tiger- very jealous! Eagle Park- name rings a bell - ive been there! its so amazing there, did you get to feed the little birds?

And those crane birds too, they are quite funny sometimes!!!

Is it just me or does Felix the cat look- how shall i shay in polite terms- very annoyed! Those types of cats are cute though- lots of fur.
The black sleeping cats-aww!! My puddytat is like them! & looks also like jack is having a good time!

Beautiful images also in calderwood frost, really peaceful & tranquil.

Lovely site..i shall be quiet now! lol

Keep em coming :)

I agree with Choogster get rid of the text accross the images. At less than 70k each the images are worthless to anybody.
