Mega Marco Solution.... Cheap and cheerful...

Here's a selection of photos I just took,
PURELY FOR SHOW NO CRIT REQUIRED.

Just to show how inventful you can be...

You know i like trying and testing cheaper
methods to get more interesting photos..

Well here's one..

Check out the images
and I'll tell you all about it below..

All these images were taken "hand held",
in shade (shame but the sun had gone),
at 1600 iso because of the lack of light
and at 12mp...

Now here's what I used....

28-70mm Lens with a Jessops Magnifier Lupe 8X
held on the front of it...

Ok... It's a bit messy, but not bad for £6.99...

The pull back images are just with the normal 28-70 lens
at the closest I could get to the subject...

So you can see, you can get a LOT closer...

Neat George, also try a pair of specs, varifocals give some strange effects, and the bottom of an empty pint pot......see 'My locals' here
