HELP WITH color settings for photoshop?
what should I have my color setting at?
RGB?
CMYK?
Gray?
Spot?
all my color management pollicies are on OFF

i've always keep my photos as rgb, even when they are monochromatic.

That's the way my printer likes to get them. If I am ever going to another lab I always check to find out if they prefer anything different.

Each have their own place in saving your photographic files.
RGB is what is standard on all web uploads, making prints (lab or on your printer) and in presentations.
CYMK is the set up for images that are going directly to the printing press.
Greyscale is what I use to produce image files that will match the image when printed as a black and white.
Lab color is usually a color space profile provided by your specific pro lab and varies depending upon what kind of print paper you are specifying when you order photographic prints from a file.
