Hi there,
I also received an e-mail invite to this forum, and it almost landed in the spam-bucket, but after reading the first line I was intrigued and here I am.
I'm an amature photographer, have a digital EOS 300D and a number of lenses. I am currently doing a course called 'The Art of Photography'
Take a look at my site, www.thefears.co.uk (http://www.thefears.co.uk)
I look forward to sharing ideas on this site,
regards,
Patrick

Hi Patrick
Liked your website. Was wondering if your tail light photographs ended up in a collision. Very good action shot. The front vehicles are stopped and the rear one looks as if it is bombing along.....crunch ?
Bushy park seems a great place to be, especially early in the morning when the deer are around. The one labelled "Busky Park" looks a bit as if the deer has been slotted in with Photoshop or something ? Tell me I am wrong, because I really like the picture.
Looking forward to seeing more of your work

You know when I looked at that deer I thought it had been pasted on.

Thanks for visiting my site and having a look. The deer is real and there is no photoshop trickery there, promise, I have the RAW image still untouched.
Stemmy, my site is hosted 'somewhere' and all the images should be low res for fast download, however I have also noticed some performance issues. The course I'm doing is a home study course from the Open Arts College in London, called 'The art of Photograpy 1'
Dennis, that action shot of the cars was take through the windscreen of my car while I sat waiting to collect my kids in Hampton one evening and I was just playing with my camera, there was no drama, although the image implies there was.
Thanks again,
Patrick

Been to Busey Park myself... The Deer are quite tame, you can get very close to them...
Very nice..
