Photoshop frames & borders

Can anyone recommend any plug-in programmes for creating borders or frames like the one displayed on Stage Photography's entry in the critique section. I like that one and would like to have a selection to use sparingly

Extensis PhotoFrame. I have v2.5 and has thousends of such frame you pointed to.

As I said in the other thread..

the edges I use/frame comes with Paint Shop Pro 9
"Sloppy Edges".... seems to suit my style of photography..

I would recommend Stuart Little's actions and scripts for borders. Stuart's Photoshop "stuff" is the best available and is great value from his site (see below) but is often even cheaper on eBay.
