I was born in northern Illinois, but have spent the last 27 years in NE Kansas. I'm related to some Needhams up in Minnesota. I've run into a few other Needhams, but not related as far as we know. There is Hal Needham the famous car stuntman involved in all of those 70s Burt Reynolds movies. Once again no relation as far as I know. Isn't there a county in England called Needham? I just figured it was an Ellis Island thing (named after where they came from).

Geography isnt my strong point bu no county as far as i know. It is an unusual name over here and i cant recall ever meeting anybody else with that surname. Their was a little boy called Ben Needham that was snatched whilst on holiday in Crete and it turned out hes my dads cousin little boy so he is the only one ive ever heard of. I was always called Lydia Needsam! when at school!! Lydias got them now tho!!

We are finding, it lets say 'difficult' to agree on where to have my 18th birthday party. I have found after ringing round- many places dont do them!-A place that is perfect and big enough, in farnworth but she doesnt like it becuase of the simple reason it smells! All i care is that everyone can fit in it and that it isnt too far away. We are 'disgreeing' on it! So my mum is now looking at manchester! - even further away! :eek: . And considering its in May we havent got much time left to book it!
