It was my pleasure to pick the Image of the Week this Christmas week. You may think I have had it easy as many people were away or not posting images, but you were wrong. This is probably one of the most difficult weeks I've had to pick.
Many outstanding images posted and I found it very difficult to settle on just one. I finally got my shortlist down to 3. But they were 3 very different images and I had a heck of a time choosing between them.
rob123 and is serene "Pastel Dawn"

Jonni Darko's slightly disturbing "Mad Jon" which he upset my apple cart with today...LOL

but the image that I kept coming back to as I just found it such an appealing portrait of a lovely young girl was a portrait of "Leanne" by Mick T.

Also a worthy mention to Rusty for his great macros of the "frog and friends", Dave W for his "christening my camera" tree lined walk, and Keith 1616 for his "Robin in the hand" shots which also caught my eye this week.
Well done everyone, and congratulations MickT.
