I have an Epson Photo 750 which does me fine for letters etc - plus photos for cards etc.

Can anyone recommend a printer for BIG, fine art type photographs?

Perhaps there is a site that gives the running costs for this type of printer? Obviously the initial cost is important - but finding that it costs £250 for a new ink bottle might not go down well in the cost benefit analysis.

I'd like it to print upto A3 - maybe even A2 (but it might be prohibitive costwise).

I've also done a HUGE 360+ degrees panoramic of my local church which I'd like to print sometime and frame.

Suggestions/alternatives welcome

Thanks
Mark

Have a look at the Canon I9950 if it's not too expensive.

I've never used one of these myself but I do use a Canon Ip8500 and if it's as good as that, then it's great value. I've not been disappointed so far with anything I've printed.

I've 2 i9100 great printers fast, good colours unless you want neutral black mono, very good for toned mono. I'm toying with setting one up with dedicated mono inks, Lyson Fotospeed or similar and rag papers such as Somerset. Anyone used these? Check out e-bay you may get a bargain.

I recently bought the Epson Stylus Photo R1800, for around £399 does A3 and is considered good.
