Just bought the 5D really pleased with it. Martin says to ask everyone which portable device for storing the images is everybody using and which is the best to get? I want to be able to download them at the wedding before i leave so i can sleep at night!!

I use the smartdisk flashtrax - btw Lydia, someone asked me about a family portrait today - they want studio style, 2 adults - 4 kids - I don't have a permanent studio - simply 4 flash heads / portable backgrounds etc. Anyway, I've given her your details - her name is Victoria Marshall.

You can PM me if you want..

it depends what you wanted it for really. Obviously if it was to set up in competition with me no! but if its just to muck around then you are very welcome any time. its permanetly set up so no need for your lights unless you want them.

Competiton, well, I'd hardly call myself that, although I do get asked for the occasional portrait, so, technically, I may be :o
I'm just a bit loathed to drag lights / backgrounds around into people front rooms etc then re-arrange them ...but to be honest, I try not to do many portrait jobs, but when I'm asked, I'm always thinking it would be better to have a studio...
