Yeah, I know it's my own fault for using IE and I ought to use Firefox. Now that we've got that out of the way can anybody help with the problem I am experiencing please.

Recently upgraded (probably wrong word) to IE7 and I'm having problems with text size and display formats. If I use anything other than 'Medium' as text size the various panes on pages overlay each other. On some sites whatever I do I can't actually change the text size. Any helpful suggestions welcome.
Also p'd off that I can't roll back to before installation. I tried it and System Restore claims the backup point is invalid, or words to that effect.

Try going to "TOOLS", "Advanced" and pressing RESET. That puts you back to the most basic setup. See if that works for you.

You can quite easily roll back to IE6, all you have to do is go into control panel> add/remove programs and then remove IE7. Windows always keeps the previous version of a program on your system, incase a roll back is required. After it has uninstalled restart your machine and all should be good.
