Greetings from the wet northwest US

Hello, forumers. I live in Bellingham, Washington, in the very northwest corner of the US, just 1/2 hour south of Vancouver, BC, and 1 1/2 hours north of Seattle. "God's country" (soggy-green-gorgeous). I retired into digital photography five glorious years ago, and spend my time shooting RAWS and jpegs with my Canon 10D and Powershot S2 IS, working on them in CS2 and sometimes Painter 9. Do my own printing, matting and framing. Do a fair amount of travelling around, often to Alaska. Next month to Morocco. Summer to the high Sierras. Life is good!
Now I'm off to take a look at the forum. See you all around!
