Just a wild off the cuff comment, I am turning away leads frequently now, due to being booked solid for the summer months and it seems a shame to let this opportunity die. Has anyone thought of possibly passing on leads that you yourself are unable to cover.

I am more than happy to pass mine out to interested parties, not sure if the good out weighs the bad points though.

Of course I am in East Anglia, so may limit the want to take up interest.

Just a thought.

I think usually you'll find that most of the pro guys here
have "partners" already who help out and pass on work...

This is good as then you know what you are getting...

If you got a "wild card" then chck out the guys photos
here on the site and then if you think they are in that area,
not just wedding photography, drop them a email or
message about it.

A "booking fee" or "lead fee" may come your way...

Example... I seem to be very confident in large scale
Event and company stuff at the moment rather than Wedding stuff..

I don't push myself in the wedding market.... not yet at least..
I do weddings but mostly for work mates and am dram people
who I take photots of in shows...

Yes good point, it was rather than just bin the request for quote or service.

I see you use the S3 (as I do + S2) what is your prefered lens?
