Quantaray lens

i have purchased a lens.Quantaray Tech-10 70-300 mm 4.0-5.6 zoom lens for my eos rebel k2.
i do not have a manual and now i feel really stupid...how do you use this correctly...

I guess it attaches to the camera....but might not...

And you look through it...... But don't quote me on that... ;)

I can't find anything on google about "instruction manual" for it...

Upload some close up photos of it and we'll tell you.
