Pretty sure I know the answer but..................

My sister has emailed me a tiny 8kb photo and has asked me to make it over 100kb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've managed to get it up to 40 something.

Is there any way to get it over 100kb?

is there any point there wont be any more information in it

the size i kb is not as important as the number of pixels

I don't know what she wants it for.................it's seems it's a passport photo. I don't think she's looking for more detail, just needs it over 100kb.

you could size it bigger in pixels to make the filesize larger, but the quality will be very poor.

If she up sizes it there is an excellent chance they wont accept it

If you can print it out small then take a photo of it then the quality will be fine then re-size it to whatever you want.
