Very quick snaps as I only had 10 minutes. Gorgeous place on a sunny day..as you can see it wasn't exactly sunny yesterday. :russian_r

compositionaly a nice set Ross but the sepia ones look a bit on the flat side, try tweeking them in curves, this method is reputed to be better, and more controlable, than using the contrast tool.

Looks like an interesting place Ross, the hallway in the 1st pic would be great with some sunshine & shadows.

Agree with Tony's comment.

Very interesting Ross. The sepia tones and grain look good on such an old building. Is this the place in the middle of a big round about? If so my
g g grandfather was an elder there in the 1840's before coming to Tasmania.

It used to be on a huge roundabout yep, but nowadays it sits in the middle of a large ring road. If it is indeed the one where your Great Grandfather was an elder, then small world huh?

Looks a great place and yes, the first shot could be fantastic in the correct light. Really like the sepia toned ones.
