I cant seem to find a home button when i,m in a section i have to keep going back to forum and its hard to get back

Click the logo at the top - the one with the two devils either side!

OR:
The 'New Posts' button in the blue menu bar will show you all threads that have been posted in since you last logged in.

Oh the 'forum' button in the box on the left hand side...:)
