New Forum Banner ? Comments Please

We have been looking at replacing the forum banner for a while now.

I think the devils sometimes might give the wrong impression.

What do you think of this one. Not my work by the way. Im not arty enough.

Like it m8. I would change it a little though:
Darken lettering a little, and add a shadow to pop the "photography-forum.org"
Also remove he little strip below the camera photo (looks like image/layer needs moving down 1-2 pixels)

I prefer the cameras - I always wondered what the Devils had to do with photography - or this forum!

Whilst I quite like the one you've got, why not have a Banner competition for the arty types out there? State the required size and file type and let people upload their own for a poll??

Great idea - not that I am arty enough to even consider an attempt but this would be a good means ensuring everyone has a sense of "ownership" if it has been chosen by the masses!!

I think it is more fitting, like the use of bridge camera too.
Only 'but' is how would that fit in with the black theme that us discerning users prefer...
