First just adds a bit more contrasting light, making the sun sunnier. lol
Second is a sunset script.

I tried a little desaturation then some dodge and burn, oh and some noise. - Paul

OK.. three layers: original, color overlay (sepia), and a copy of the original as a color overlay at 12% opacitity. Dodged and burned the first layer to fade the background, make the church pop, and add some definition (just a tiny bit) to the clouds and grass.
