Help and Advice required please

I use a Kodak DX3600 digital camera for general photographs and today have made a grevious error.
It is my Granddaughters 14th birthday and she had a surprise party given by some of her school friends.
As it is a rare occaision to get them all together I got them all to pose for some photos and promised each a copy when processed.
Having got home and downloaded the photos to my computer - I am completely gutted to see that the photos have a blur on them which I can only put down to being a fingerprint on the camera lens.

This is probably a pointless question but is there any photo packages that will let me doctor the photos and remove the blur.
I would be grateful for any help.

Would you be able to post an image to show how bad the blur is?

Follow the link in my sig and there's details of how to post an image in there, and it may be easier to discern if it's possible to recover from there...
