Look forward to it and hope you enjoy it
Well, as the subject says, I'm just about to enrol on an NCFE Level 2 photography course!
Really looking forward to it. Currently using a Samsung GX10, but hopefully going to upgrade to a Canon 60D in the next couple of months when my bank account will let me, and use the GX10 as a backup/second camera.
I'll try and post weekly updates on what we're doing/covering, like a member on here did in the past (apologies, can't remember who it was!)

Also looking forward to your updates, it will be interesting to see what sort of stuff the course entails.

My ambition outweighs my talent.
Cool how does it work is it class work or distance? What's the cost involved? (If you don't mind me asking). I had a look on the website which suggested it was fairly inexpensive. So thought I would check.
Thanks

It's class based at a local(ish) college, just one evening a week for three hours until mid January. There's two local colleges running it near me, Blackburn College and Accrington Rossendale college, I chose Accrington - mainly because Blackburn never returned any of my calls and I could never speak directly to the tutor. It's costing me £150, but obviously that doesn't include the materials I'll need for printing pictures etc.
It's pretty reasonable I think, especially considering a few colleges were running one day courses for about £80 with no recognised qualification at the end of it.
The level 3 course is £200, which I'm hoping to do once I've done the level 2 (all being well)
Ah right. see i cant get to an evening class i work shifts and will miss at least one in 3 :(
