thats why i posted him, i am also very wary on ebay , still a great price, but theres no way i would use 8 gig for a big shoot too much too loss:)

That is one way of looking at it - but I prefer to put a card in my camera and then leave it there.

It could be said that problems are more likely putting cards in and out of the camera all the time - more chance of loosing one - more chance of shorting the card etc.


thats why i posted him, i am also very wary on ebay , still a great price, but theres no way i would use 8 gig for a big shoot too much too loss:)

I'm completely with you on this Stemmy ! Load card and change only when absolutely necessary !:)

i got 2 16 gb cards for £18 (each) cant mind where from tho... ebay i think
and got an 8gb for £10 from amazon i think

sorry just noticed this thread is Flash cards >.>
im speaking about SD cards
