Once found to hold great purpose has now fallen silent and no longer needed. It's a bit sad knowing that there will be a day when your services are no longer needed. I suppose it's true of most everything at some point and memories are all that remain. It's been said many times about old homes and barns "if only these walls could talk, ah the stories they would tell".barn in red lodge mt.jpg

Yes (recommended)
Very nice photos! And yes, if we could only go back in time to witness what has come to pass. In late May or early June I'm going to take a week and photo tour the Palouse area of Washington. It's an area between Spokane and Walla Walla that has dozens of old abandoned farm houses and barns. Thanks for sharing. Ken

Thanks Ken. Yes I've been to the Palouse as I lived in Coeur d' Alene for many years. The waterfall is also a gorgeous location as well as the rolling hills.
