I have 3 24" monitors that I want to get off my desk and mounted. I purchased this: »www.amazon.ca/gp/product ··· 75SRGSK1 but no matter how much I tighten the arm adjustments my monitors drop to the desk. Both of the monitors on the wide arms are light, the Dell that I wanted in the middle is heavier.

I plan to send it back unless my call to their support turns up something I have missed.

Anyone using one?

Update: I am an idiot. I was adjusting the wrong way. It was getting tighter because the adjustment screw is recessed and cannot come out, it was hitting on the top, but was loosening the tension.

Most of the day, one is being used as a second monitor for work, so really it is a two monitor set up most of the day.
