Was awarded these today. Took many years to achieve. But very well worth it. Probably saved a few lives on the way. IMG-20190124-WA0002.jpg

That's some amount of blood. Something I've never done and I'm now on medication that probably prevents me. I send the wife to donate tho;)

100 times? How many times a year can you donate? Well done!
Don when I started to donate I was 18. You could only donate twice a year. Then they changed it to three times a year. Now it is four times a year.

This is all really a cunning plan to make yourself less appealing to vampires, isn't it? :)

Very well done. I have done it about 6 times many years ago but was on steroids for a number of years and travelling to dodgy places at other times so was unable to.

I lost count of mine. It was mandatory twice a year in the army, but they never shared those records with Red Cross. Then Red Cross was out and Canadian Blood Services took over so there's another paper trail that got lost.
