Want Pointers Bees

    I broke out the old Sigma 105mm macro lens this evening. I am so out off practics chasing bees! Taken with natural light and AF.

    Very nice. I slightly prefer the 2nd because it is a little sharper but both images are fantastic.

    Love both the captures. I can see an action / motion in the first pic. By the way, what Aperture allowed the image to the sensor through it?

    Thanks. I used F8 to maximize the depth of field. I had to wack the ISO up. Shutter sped was 1/1000

    Thank you for all the information. Yes, below f8 won't give much dof(considering full framed sensor) for 105mm.
