I think she used a plug-in called 'Talent'.
I've been searching for it for years but I've never found it!

some look like they may have some split toning. but how it was applied I have no idea. its not an easy technique, never had any joy with it.

I wouldn't have guessed/thought of split toning - all I'd thought (and would have tried) was heavy vignette, altering the colour balance green/purple to more purple, lowering the exposure a little, dropping the saturation and upping the clarity. All possible in Lightroom and, of course, Photoshop.

It looks mainly like muted tones. there are plugins that will do it (I don't use many plugins so couldn't throw you any names). Basically, highlights reduced and shadows lightened will give the slightly muted look. The colour images look like some subtle film grading has been applied. A bit more complicated but by hand is basically adding different colours to the low tones.

Almost like applying the transparency filter in Topaz BW which lets the colour version show through the mono you have created anything 0 - 100%

My guess is that the style you are picking up is a strong overall contrast and a reduced mid-tone (clarity) contrast.
