Filters for landscapes?

Nah, you can buy me a pint if ever across Rochdale way. Lowton is about as close I'm gonna be in the near future.;)

If it's not already been mentioned a circular polariser (Cpl) filter is essential for landscapes in my opinion.
Get settled in with your new Cokins then look at getting a cpl.

Yes, a very good point. I am in the process of looking at a polarising filter.

You can all say what you like about JAH-WAR either jokingly or seriously but I am extremely thankful for his generosity.
Not had much of a real chance to try using the filters out properly yet but I will and then post my results for comments.

p.s. I have now managed to get a Cokin P series Polarising filter to go with my set up so should be able to turn out some reasonable landscapes.
