I would like to buy some proper 'gaffer tape' - most search results come back with duct tape (or similar). These leave a residue which is undesirable. Can anyone advise me of a decent brand of gaffer tape that does leave a residue and is available in the UK?

What do you want to use it for? Have you tried Homebase?
