    Nice record, David. I don't know any history of that building but it appears to be of mediocre design from the 60's-70's and might have been ready to go.

    @Roger S It is one of 6 and you are spot on. No insulation in the cavity, draughty, cold and condesation riven. Also some of the brickwork was starting to spall really badly, so yes they had to go.

    Not at the moment, but my best guess would be low rise housing of which we are desperately short of in UK.
