Hobo Spider

    Found this in the bathroom last night.:eek:
    At first I thought it was a giant house spider but it lacks the dark banding on the leg joints or distinct chevrons on the abdomen. I could be wrong but I didn't want to flip it over to check its spinneret and I bet you can see why. For all its size a cellar spider still sent it running for the hills. See last cannibalistic pic.

    Cheers Gareth, I must say those blood red fangs do set the hairs on end. Needless to say it was put out of the house as soon as the I finished it's portrait session.
